Violently Murdering Writer’s Block [Contest]

Hey, it’s Orii. You probably don’t know who I am, but that won’t stop me from saying my name like it’s important and vaguely recognizable.
Hey. It’s Orii.
Anyways, I am having some terrible writer’s block at the moment. In an effort to distract myself from this and various other issues that have been plaguing my messed up little excuse for a life, I’ve decided to hold a contest. Sometimes seeing other people’s creativity flourishing gives you inspiration of your own.
That’s what I think, anyways.
Here are the basics; it’s going to be a pretty simple contest:
One—I’ll start this thing when I have at least five people signed up for it. There’s not going to be a maximum number of contestants allowed mostly because I think I’ll be lucky to get five. After the first round has officially started, no matter how many people are signed up, there will be no new contestants allowed in the contest.
Two—Each round I will be presenting the contestants with a challenge that they must use when writing their stories. Entries will be scored based on the use of the prompt, originality, and the over-all quality of the writing. For the sake of simplicity, I will be the only judge.
Three—This might make me sound like a whiny child, but the thing I hate most in the world right after rude drivers (people in front of you who drive slow and people who drive so close behind you it’s like they’re trying to get into your backseat) are people who drop out of contests randomly and mess it up for everyone else. (Actually, there’s a longer list of things I hate in between those first two, but naming all of them would take too long.) I have a huge pet peeve about people who join contests and then disappear. Now, I realize that this is the internet and you probably have a list of things more important than me that will rival my list of Everything I Hate About the World Right Now (and believe me that one is pretty long), but if you’re in the contest and for some reason you decide you want to not be in the contest, all you have to do is let me know and everything will be cool. I won’t even yell at you if you DM me and tell me why you're dropping out. That will take all of two seconds and save everyone a lot of confusion.
And that’s about it. I realize that after reading this you will most likely come to the conclusion that I am insane and/or just too weird to deal with, and I recognize those as legitimate reasons to get away from this page as fast as you can and head for the metaphorical hills.
If you want to stay though, the winner gets bragging rights, a shiny medal (of the imaginary/ interwebs sort) and a premium doll if they want it. Plus, you get a good feeling inside knowing you beat all those other losers in some random contest on the internet. (and who doesn't want that?)
