Ivy ran through the green and white forest, with adrenaline she perked a smile and thought, " Yes, Im finally out of that cell block!" Ivy ran, and ran, and ran, and ran some more until her red mistletoe booties were covered in chunks of snow. She ran her frozen fingers along the boots brushing off the snow and revealing their bright redness. Ivy had no more thoughts that day except to start to dig a whole in the powdery snow and make herself a temporary home. Ivy dropped on her knees and dug like a dog until the whole was deep enough to cuddle her little body in.
A few weeks passed and Ivy had thoughts running through her head like crazy. She thought about how her mother and father would feel about her leaving all of a sudden and not telling them. Also how crazy Russell was feeling, he would be searching all over town.
